The Lords Work is a group led by several guys in central Texas who are the best of friends. We bonded at gun point in Haiti in February 2019 and have been revitalized by the Lords interest in our projects ever since.
“There was a man who was paralyzed. Some men were carrying him on a mat. They tried to bring him in and put him down before Jesus. But because there were so many people there, they could not find a way to Jesus. So the men went up on the roof and made a hole in the ceiling. They lowered the mat so that the paralyzed man was lying right before Jesus. Jesus saw that these men believed. So he said to the sick man, ‘Friend, your sins are forgiven.’”

Due to the rapid growth in our 5 projects, Jeh Howell joined us in 2021 as the Director of Development, and the hands and feet of The Lords Work. He brings 30 years of corporate management to our organization. He has also simultaneously maintained careers as a graphic artist, sculptor, make up fx artist, percussionist and teacher.
Jeh will primarily oversee and manage our newest local project: The Hospice House. To start, we are developing a new Resale Shop to create an ongoing funding source to make the Hospice House more self sufficient and less reliant on donor support. After the tragic death of Jeh’s son Cameron, and witnessing first hand the ‘Faith, Hope and Love’ of Jesus exemplified by hospice, Jeh has a new perspective and passion for end of life care. He is dedicated to bringing that dignity and comfort to others in their final moments of need.
